Plump is an offline-first water tracker. It does not require an account or contain advertising or third-party analytics. It does not send your water entries, goal, challenge progress, or reminder settings to us or an external server.

Plump stores your daily goal, water log, challenge progress, and reminder preference locally on your iPhone. This information stays on the device unless you use Apple's own backup or transfer features, which are governed by your Apple settings and Apple's privacy policy.

If you turn on water reminders, Plump asks for notification permission and schedules local notifications on your iPhone. You can turn reminders off in Plump or change notification access in iOS Settings.

Deleting Plump removes its locally stored app data according to iOS behavior. Plump is a habit tracker and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
